How do I earn points?
Simply sign up for a Beyond Creations account and start shopping! You will automatically get 5% of your order total back in points. For example, if you place a $10 order, you will receive $0.50 back.
How much are points worth?
Every point you earn has a $0.01 value. That’s $5 for every 500 points!
How can I redeem my points?
When you decide to use your points towards a purchase, simply enter the amount of points you want to redeem in your cart page or during checkout. You can use them in conjunction with your card, and there is no minimum amount required to redeem.
Where can I see my points amount and history?
Go to “My Account” on the top bar. From there you can see your total points, as well as their earning and redeeming history.
Do points expire?
There are no expiration dates on your rewards!
I placed an order but don’t see the points in My Account. Why?
Points are awarded to you when the order has been payed for and shipped.
