We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX). You can also pay through your PayPal account for a faster and more convenient checkout experience.
Order processing Time
Almost all our items will ship within 1-2 business days of ordering. However, some specialty items could require slightly more time to be made. If you have a question as to when your order will ship, please contact us.
Shipping Info and Cost
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $7 on orders under $50. Orders over $50 receive FREE standard shipping. You should receive your order within 2-3 days of it being shipped from our warehouse.
If you have placed an order by accident, please contact us immediately. Our items are custom made to order. We do not accept cancellations after we have started working on your order.
Refunds and Returns
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can replace them. Depending on the items and cost we may ask you to ship the items back at no charge to you. If you decide, you can also request that we just refund the dollar amount. Refunds are usually given in the form of store credit unless otherwise requested.
Since our items are all custom made, if you have not received a defective or incorrect item, we will not be able to refund you. You can return the items for exchange (equal or greater value) at your own expense. You will be charged the difference for any upgrade & shipping costs. Free freight over $50 is not applicable on exchanges.
